As a nurse with 30 years of experience, I have seen countless
patients struggling with their weight and related chronic health issues. I too, have had years of my own personal battles with being “morbidly obese” (according to the BMI scale), emotional eating, yo-yo dieting, and even an “incurable” health diagnosis.
Through all these experiences, primarily through prayer, faith, and studying the
research, I discovered how to dramatically reduce inflammation, overcome obesity, and improve my metabolic and overall health naturally. By embracing dense nutrition and lifestyle shifts, I released 75 lbs, put Multiple Sclerosis into clinical remission, and regained my vitality.

This group popped in my Facebook account at just the right time. After reading the overview and then talking to Amy Sandifer Barrett I was positive this was the group for me. Amy took the time to listen to my concerns and gave me great coaching from her own experience. I am so thankful that I joined this group! I am so amazed not only for myself but others as well! The mental aspect of self control that I never knew possible is a blessing! Even with all of life’s demands, I have stayed the course! Just the fact that I feel so much better has kept me away from the sugars and chocolate that set off a feeding frenzy! I have lost 28 pounds and 5 inches from my waist, 1 inch from my thigh, and an inch from my neck! Even when not losing weight, I could feel the difference in my clothes and stomach, especially!
